Sydney Opera House

In Sydney, you can also find the Opera House that has become the icon of the city. Its unique architectural design is a result of a competition that was won by Jorn Utzon from Denmark in 1955.

Not far from the Opera House, we can see the Sydney Harbor Bridge that is the main entrance to cross the Sydney harbor that connects Sydney business central district with northern Sydney. Sydney also has the Greater Blue Mountain which in the year of 2000, UNESCO has decided to make the place as one the Worlds Heritage Sites for its magnificent and important natural beauty.

The name of Greater Blue Mountain is taken from the blue color that makes up the mountain area. It was created because of the mountain forest that is dominated by Eucalyptus tress. The oil particles that float form soft mist that turns blue as the Sun ray highlight it can be seen from a distance as a magical blue mountain.

The number of eucalyptus species is so varied that it is natural for the area to be put in the Top 10 Must Visit Places In Australia.
